We know that sometimes you grow (or shrink) and your wet suit doesn’t...so we provide expert alterations to prolong the life of your suit and maximize your diving comfort and protection. We can add zippers, make repairs, renovate suits, add special features for adaptive or handicapped divers, produce matching accessories...in general, offer the kind of custom work usually unavailable anywhere else.

Terrapin offers Wetsuit Repair for all manufacturer's wetsuits, triathlete suits, water-ski suits, dive skins, and polartec suits. Our most popular item is the Terrapin Minihood.  You may have seen the recent article in Dive Training Magazine, highlighting the benefits of our Minihood for making you more visible to your dive buddies.  Since the largest percent of body heat loss occurs through the head, these 3 mm neoprene Minihoods will keep you warmer than a do-rag, bandana, or fleece hood could.  We can custom build a Minihood with virtually whatever embellishment you'd like.
