Contact InformationDear Customers and Friends: The Summers family and Terrapin Wetsuits are relocating to our new larger office and workshop in Center Point, Texas effective June 2012. All orders for new suits, mini hoods and alterations that have been received and accepted as of May 1 will be completed and returned to our customers before the end of May. To keep our high level of quality and service we cannot accept any NEW orders until the move has been completed. Please do not ship any suits for alterations until the new address is published. Watch this space and our announcements when we open for business at the new location. Thank you for your patronage and patience during this time and I look forward to continue serving all your neoprene needs beginning July 2012. Normal business hours are 9:00 - 6:00 Tuesdays through Saturdays. We see customers by appointment at Terrapin's workshop between Canyon Lake and New Braunfels. Our location is within an hour of both Austin and San Antonio, Texas. Chris is also available to meet customers at select Texas Dive Shops, on a pre-arranged schedule. If your dive club or dive shop would like to arrange a "fitting party" Chris would be happy to travel to your location and meet with your group at your convenience, please call to discuss this option.
You can order custom items with confidence by mail or telephone, as all Terrapin work comes with a 6-month warranty. Call to discuss your perfect wetsuit with the owner, suit designer, and long-time diver, Chris Summers. Calls will be returned afternoons and evenings.
Dive Shop ScheduleIn Austin and Dallas, key dive shops are authorized to assist you: You can drop off your gear for repairs at these shops, and they will transfer it to Terrapin Wet Suits.
